Notice of Voluntary Recall of NTK Coated Carbide Inserts
Dear Wholesalers and Customers
Recently it turns out that one of our coated carbide insert might have a defective coating that causes shorter tool life than usual. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trouble that may cause to you.
We are afraid of asking for your understanding in this matter and beg your favor of your help to carry out voluntarily recall the below products. We will make all efforts to prevent a recurrence of such a situation in the future.
