NTK Cutting Tools is proud to announce the launch of its new CBN grade series, eight brazed grades across three specialized series, engineered to deliver long tool life, process stability, and excellent surface finish when turning hardened steels, cast iron, and sintered alloys.
New CBN grade series highlights:
- BHN series (BHN320 / BHN330): Coated grades for continuous and light-interrupted finishing of hardened steels
- BH series (BH320 / BH330 / BH340): Coated grades for continuous and light-interrupted finishing of hardened steels
- BK series (BK310 / BK320 / BK350):Uncoated grades offering sharp cutting edges and wear resistance in cast iron and sintered alloys
Each grade features optimized CBN composition, advanced edge preparations, and a cost-effective double-sided brazed insert design that maximizes value per cutter.
